under the influence to careless driving resulting in death and vehicular homicide. Troy Nuss has received training in speed
enforcement to technical accident investigation to crime scene approach and evidence collection. Mr. Nuss specializes in DUI
investigations, Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) which include the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN), Walk-and-Turn
(WAT) and One-Leg-Stand (OLS) manuevers, National HighwayTraffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Colorado Department of
Transportation (CDOT) SFST standards and protocol and Colorado Department of Public Health and Envionment Rules and Regulations
governing blood and breath testing.
